Kathryn Lyddan, Executive Director:  Kathryn was hired in June 2003 as BALT's executive director and first employee.  Prior to her work at BALT, she was an attorney in the public finance department of the real estate law firm of Cox, Castle & Nicholson.  In addition to her responsibilities with BALT, Kathryn also serves on the Greenbelt Alliance Public Policy Committee and the Advisory Board of City Slicker Farms in West Oakland.

Katie Hannon, Agricultural Marketing Associate:  Katie joined BALT in March 2008. She works to link local farms with our community through the Buy Fresh, Buy Local campaign. Prior to joining BALT, Katie was an apprentice at Blue House Farm in Pescadero, CA where she worked in the fields, assisted with the operation of a CSA and local farmstand, and developed the Blue House Farm CSA Assistance Program which makes fresh, local food available to families in-need.
